Meet and Greet

Given the number of things that can go wrong it is a sensible option to take advantage of our meet and greet service.  Here are a few simple and practical steps, which will help ensure that our airport meets pass off smoothly from our client’s point of view.

1. Make sure you email us the full flight arrival details. These include: the flight number, the  scheduled arrival time and date, the passenger(s) name(s) and mobile telephone number – if any, plus company or organisation name if appropriate.

1. Give the passenger(s) Targe Chauffeurs’ telephone number.

1. The chauffeur will be waiting for the passenger(s) as they exit the arrivals hall.  The chauffeur will be holding a card with the passenger(s) name printed on it.

1. Targe chauffeurs always check their client’s estimated flight arrival time.  This information usually becomes available shortly after take-off.
